Chart Service

Ever gotten ready to take a trip – only to find your charts are out-of-date? Or do you find yourself running into our lobby - on your way out of town - looking for charts – and you’re already running late? Or have you just gone with out-dated charts – knowing it’s dangerous and illegal?

Air Associates has got the solution! Introducing our Chart Service – the quick and easy way to maintain current aviation charts! We’ve always prided ourselves in maintaining a complete inventory of current aviation charts. You can depend on us to have the chart you need, when you need it. Now we’re going to make it even easier for you to take the hassle out of maintaining current charts! With our Chart Service, you can be sure you have Current Charts – every time you fly – automatically!

How does the Chart Service work?

  1. You pick the charts you want and need. Submit an order form, a copy of which is attached or can be obtained by either calling us, or downloading from our website. You can begin, add to, delete from or stop a subscription at any time, just contact us.
  2. Each time charts are updated, we’ll send new charts to you using either first class mail, or UPS – generally you should have them a day or two before they are effective. Your first order will be shipped to you the next time charts are issued by the FAA. If you need a new chart that is current today – order it separately.
  3. You pay only the price of the charts plus shipping. You will need to give us a Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express card number. Each time we ship you a new order, we’ll charge your credit card and include a statement with the charts.

Choose the charts you want, pay for it now and we’ll ship them to you at 10% off the listed price! Need to add more charts during the year? No problem – we’ll ship them to you, and bill you monthly for the new charts. Sorry, we can’t change your current order.

If you need a chart which you don’t subscribe to, call, email us or drop in – we’ll sell it you for 10% off the regular price – just for being a subscriber! If you want, we’ll even mail it to you!
