Air Associates Implements On-line Aircraft and Instructor Scheduling!

 

Air Associates is pleased to announce it has completed the installation of an on line scheduling system. The systems is provided by Schedulebook.com., a local company that has provided scheduling functions for many organizations.  After several months of reviewing various on-line scheduling programs, and installing schedulebook.com, we are confident we have worked out all the bugs inherent in such a project – and that it is now ready for our customers’ use.  Some of you assisted us in the project, and we certainly appreciated your help.

 

Schedulebook.com is in effect now and ready for use to schedule airplanes and instructors. To get started, you will need a user name and password in order to access our schedule. Many of you have already been assigned these, but if you haven’t been, or do not remember your user name and password, please call Veronica Daniels or anyone at our front desk, and we will be happy to get you set up.

 

This is how it works:

 

  1. access www.schedulebook.com from any computer.
  2. enter your user name
  3. enter your password
  4. always wait for the Schedule screen to appear
  5. your password may be changed by you via the Settings dropdown
  6. establish the date for the scheduling to be done
  7. to schedule a time slot, use the Event dropdown
  8. for an aircraft, use the first resource field
  9. for an instructor, use the second resource field
  10. enter start date/time and end date/time
  11. enter your phone number in the Notes box

 

If you do not have a user name and password, and only wish to view our schedule, you can log-on using GUEST as the user name and password.

 

We are very excited about the implementation of schedulebook.com, and how we believe it will improve our service to you.  You now have access to our scheduling 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  Of course, if you have questions regarding the use of schedulebook.com or wish to have us assist you in scheduling an aircraft or instructor, do not hesitate to call – we’ll be glad to help!
